Enrolment & Services
Enrolment is confirmed once an assessment is completed and a place is offered and accepted. We reserve the right to place students in the batch and level most suited to their needs.
We aim to deliver all classes as scheduled but may occasionally adjust timings, teachers or delivery format where necessary.
Fees & Payments
Tuition fees are communicated at the time of enrolment and are payable in advance of the relevant term or period.
Fees are non-transferable between students unless agreed in writing.
Attendance & Conduct
We ask that students attend regularly and engage respectfully with teachers and peers to get the most from their learning.
We reserve the right to address conduct that disrupts the learning environment.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, the Zahra Institute name and logo — is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we are committed to supporting every student's progress, academic outcomes depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed.
